Introduction to Vision Principles: Machine vision inspection systems use CCD cameras to convert inspected objects into image signals, which are then transmitted to a dedicated image processing system. Based on pixel distribution, brightness, cor, and other information, these signals are converted into digital signals. The image processing system then performs various operations on these signals to extract object features, such as area, quantity, position, and length. Based on preset tolerances and other conditions, it then outputs results, including dimensions, angles, number, pass/fail, and presence/absence, enabling automatic recognition. The results are then used to control on-site equipment operations.
