Automatic carton opener is a specialized device that automatically opens stacked cardboard boxes, folds the bottom of the boxes according to a program, folds the bottom flaps, seals them with tape, and then conveys them to the carton packer. The machine is controlled by a PLC and a human-machine interface, and the bottom folding and sealing are completed automatically during transport without stopping. The automatic case erector OK-8-500 is an automated carton forming device that can automatically complete processes like carton unpacking, bottom folding and sealing. Controlled by PLC with a human-machine interface, it’s easy to operate and stable in performance. It can unpack 5~15 cartons per minute, apply cartons of L320-500mm, and is equipped with high-quality components such as Taibang motor and Siemens PLC. The machine measures about L2570*W2000*H1600mm and weighs 450kg.
