Automatic box opener OK-K50
The automatic case erector OK-K50 is an automated carton forming device that can automatically complete processes like carton unpacking, bottom folding and sealing. Controlled by PLC with a human-machine interface, it’s easy to operate and stable in performance. It can unpack 10 cartons per minute, adapt to cartons of L320-500mm, and is equipped with high-quality components such as Taibang motor and Siemens PLC. The machine measures about 1230×1210×1650mm and weighs 500kg.

automatic carton opener is a specialized device that automatically opens stacked cardboard boxes, folds the bottom of the boxes according to a program, folds the bottom flaps, seals them with tape, and then conveys them to the carton packer. The machine is controlled by a PLC and a human-machine interface, and the bottom folding and sealing are completed automatically during transport without stopping. It simultaneously completes the entire process of box suction, forming, bottom folding, and sealing. It is easy to operate, simple to maintain, and has stable performance.
